Hlafo Alfie Mimun obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sapienza University of Rome in 2014, followed by a Master's degree in "Mathematics for Applications" from the same institution. In 2020, he completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at "La Sapienza," where his research focused on probability theory with applications in physics and social sciences. From 2020 to 2022, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Luiss University in Rome, specializing in Game Theory. Between 2022 and 2024, he served as a Lecturer in Mathematics and Probability at Luiss University. Since 2024, Professor Mimun has been a faculty member at John Cabot University. Prof. Mimun's teaching activities at John Cabot include courses in Mathematics, Statistics and Probability.
Professor Mimun's research interests encompass probability theory with applications in physics and social sciences. His work has focused in particular on the study of percolation phenomena and the spread of opinions in social networks. In recent years, he has also delved into game theory, with a special emphasis on random games.
