Italian-Hungarian Martina Anfuso was raised in Africa, the U.S., and Europe. In addition to teaching at JCU, she has taught mathematics at the IB level at St. Stephen's School in Rome since 1992. Her areas of interest are misconceptions in mathematics and how to deliver effective lessons. She is an avid birdwatcher and nature watcher.
