Fandom Club

The Fandom Club’s mission is to bring together students who belong to the same fanbases and to give them a safe space to discuss. The club promotes the understanding of the subculture of fanbases and encourages the analysis of media texts (books, shows, films, music, videogames) by looking at the way they are made, promoted, and received by the audience, and the way these media texts are a mirror of reality. 

Some of the Fandom Club’s most popular events include the Hogwarts Party, cosplay photoshoots, movie premieres, pop culture trivia games, the Videogaming Tournament, and the Prof. Talks about Star Wars and Harry Potter.
