Graduate Shared Apartments
The Graduate Shared Apartments provide a unique opportunity for JCU graduate students to connect and create a dynamic living-learning environment, all within the charm of Roman-style accommodations.
These apartments come in various sizes and layouts, accommodating two to three students. Master's students have the option of single occupancy bedrooms or double-occupancy (shared) bedrooms, offering flexibility and affordability, particularly for second-year graduate students. Each apartment features a well-equipped shared kitchen, one or two bathrooms, and a common area. Note that the common area may not be a separate room (such as a living room); instead it may consist of additional seating space within the kitchen.
The Graduate Shared Apartments are conveniently accessible via the city’s public transportation system, with a commute of up to 30 minutes by bus or tram.
These apartments are available to second-year graduate students in their final semester through a Semester-based contract, as well as to first-year graduate students under an Extended Housing contract. Graduate housing availability is limited and subject to change each semester, depending on demand and other factors.
